Erin Frodl became a part of SourcePoint Staffing in 2022. In her role, she manages social media platforms, spearheads marketing campaigns, and provides administrative support to the Sales and Recruiting team. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Management from Alverno College. She is thrilled to collaborate with her fellow SourcePoint colleagues in making a positive impact on people's lives.
Jason Brann is the President of Staffworks Group, a leading staffing solutions provider based in Auburn Hills, Michigan. With a deep-rooted passion for the industry, Jason has dedicated his career to helping individuals and businesses find the right employment matches. Growing up in a family immersed in the staffing industry, Jason gained invaluable insights and experience from a young age. Throughout his professional journey, he has held just about every role within the staffing field, allowing him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry's inner workings. For the past 12 years, Jason has been an integral part of the Staffworks Group team. As President, he oversees the sales and operation for over 500 customers nationwide. Under his leadership, the company has experienced significant growth and success, becoming a trusted partner for organizations seeking top talent and job seekers looking for fulfilling employment opportunities. Jason earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Western Michigan University, where he gained a solid foundation in business principles. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and personal development, he later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on leadership.
Jeff has 25+ years of progressive experience in financial, operational, sales and general management aspects of the small-to mid-market firms. Throughout his career, he has been a ‘hands-on’ instrument of change and improvement for the business owners for whom he has worked. He was Controller/General Manager of a software development start-up from 2003 until joining the Company in 2006. From 1995 to 2002, Jeff progressed from Controller to General Manager of a computer programming and networking firm. From 1989 to 1995, Jeff served as an accountant and then promoted to General Manager for a large provider of mail processing equipment. Prior to that, he held various accounting and operations management positions at several companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Business Administration, Associate of Science in Accounting, and meets all regulatory requirements to sit for the Wisconsin CPA Exam.
